The Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund board will meet November 14-15, 2023. This board meeting will focus on review and award of the October 1, 2023 grant applications. This public meeting will be held in-person in Public Meeting Room E001, Capitol Extension, Wyoming State Capitol, 200 W. 24th Street, Cheyenne. The Capitol Extension is accessible from the Garden Level of the Wyoming State Capitol. A Google Meet option is also available.

The meeting on Tuesday, November 14 will begin at 1 p.m. and conclude by 5 p.m. The meeting on Wednesday, November 15 will begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude approximately 3 p.m. An executive session may be held if necessary.

The Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund board meetings are open to the public. Grant applicants are encouraged to attend any grant review meeting, but cannot participate in the proceedings unless addressed by the board. The WCTF program coordinator and board cannot confirm exactly when a grant application will be reviewed, but the board does have the option of reviewing an application "out of order" if an applicant is present at the meeting for a limited time.

Public Meeting Room E001 in the Wyoming Capitol Extension, is located in the Garden Level extension between the Capitol and the Herschler Buildings.

Parking for the Wyoming State Capitol is best at the surface parking lot just to the East of the Capitol, between Central Avenue (one way heading south) and Warren Avenue (one way heading north) at 24th Street.
