Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund Awards $529,405 in Grant Funding Across the Wyoming
CHEYENNE, Wyo. – June 25, 2026 – The Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund (WCTF) board awarded $529,405 to 44 grant projects around Wyoming at their recent grant review meeting.
Awards were given to a wide variety of projects, including film and video production, book festivals, arts education outreach, murals, endowments, and museum collection equipment. Below is a complete listing of awards by county.

Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund Electronic Grant Process Temporarily Down

The Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund (WCTF) electronic grant portal is temporarily down. The State of Wyoming and Foundant are trying to resolve the issue, but we do not have a set date of the system coming back on online.
An Alternative Grant Application process has been created for the October 1, 2026 grant deadline. You will need to download the Word docx version of the Application, along with the Excel Expense and Revenue Pages. You will need to provide this completed application, along with all required budgetary information and support documentation by 11:59 p.m. on October 1, 2026. Please submit the complete application and all supporting documentation to the Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund Program Coordinator, Renée Bovée, at renee.bovee@wyo.gov
Please retain this completed document on your computer system. Once the Foundant electronic grant system is back up and functioning, you will be instructed on how to “cut and paste” this information back into the electronic grant application (as soon as the system becomes available), as all future records and processes will be recorded in the electronic grant system per normal procedure.
